The Boundary Reviews

Brilliant place to stay as a large group. Rooms very clean & generous size, fluffy towels , soaps & toiletries in all bathrooms. Kitchen was very well supplied with variety of pots, pans, dishes, weighing scales slow cookers, big American style fridge. Sitting area felt green & lush outside folding doors from kitchen diner. Very close to Booths & local shops selling local beers etc.A very generous welcome basket left with coffee pods tea milk bread and tray of eggs appreciated. Good communication with vender with a small issue but solved quickly. A treat to stay in.
Angela
Fabulous accommodation . Beautiful new en suite bathrooms throughout All bedding high pressured showers and top quality towels and every bedroom redecorated to an high standard . The beds were so comfortable we all slept well . Bedding was lovely . Lovely outdoor sitting area which we actually managed to use over Easter . Plenty of parking . Easy walking distance to BownessonWindermere . Check in was smooth . Received email , text and phone call from Joanne making sure everything was good and it was excellent .
This is an amazing house which exceeded our expectations. It was very warm, very comfortable and very adaptable. The many.seating areas were great for a large party. We especially like the snug off the kitchen dining room, This meant that the adults could cook, talk and enjoy a glass while the children watched TV etc. The most impressive thing for me was the ability to make single beds in rooms ensuite. As a party of 11 aged 77 to 3 we all found something to love in this house. The Wecome Pack was amazing and highlighted local produce. The kichen diner with it's local slate worked really.as you never felt you were eating in the kitchen and yet you were with the chefs. Thank You
I thought this property was fabulous. Very well equipped, clean, tidy, great location and the communication from the owners was excellent. We will 100 be making a further booking in the future.
