Deer Close Reviews

Kenneth
Superb break for our party , relaxed stay with only issue being lack of some radiant heaters in the barbecue area on cold night . Minor point on a great venue . Will book again .
Having stayed in many high end properties this was certainly of top quality and comfort. The facilities made it difficult going out for the day meaning we ran out of time to do everything we wanted to do. Location is perfect for walking or taking a short drive to many beautiful and interesting places. Our only criticism was that in comparison to other places the welcome hamper was pretty poor. After a five hour drive the location of the property made it difficult to pop out for a bottle of milk etc. Having enjoyed our short break were planning on returning as soon as time allows
Angela
A beautiful location with all we required at hand.
Generally excellent accommodation which felt like a home from home for everyone. However, there are just a couple of points to make There was a strong persistent smell of drains in the ensuite of the main bedroom, sufficient to require some additional maintenance. The rug in the main sitting room has no nonslip backing and just has a heavy coffee table to anchor the central part. This resulted in an excited four year old slipping on the rug and hitting her head on the edge of the table.
