The location is truly special. You're positioned in the south west Lake District with Coniston Valley to the east, Langdale Valley to the north and Eskdale and Wasdale to the west. The River Duddon, one of the Lake District's last remaining salmon rivers, flows nearby.
The accommodation includes two ground floor bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom and one king-size zip-and-link with separate bathroom. Upstairs you'll find another double and a king-size zip-and-link bedroom, plus a family bathroom. There's a spacious sitting room with wood burner, separate dining room with patio doors and a smart kitchen with utility room containing second washing machine and extra fridge/freezer.
Walk to Ghyll Spout Waterfall and Fickle Steps directly from the door. Visit Broughton in Furness (5 miles, 15 minutes). Explore Coniston (8 miles, 20 minutes). Ride the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway from Boot (10 miles, 25 minutes).

For those travelling by rail, the nearest station is Foxfield, approximately 10 miles away. From there, you'll need to arrange a taxi to complete your journey to this remote location.
